MCIS (Montana Career Information System)

sign into your computer 

Bring up the internet and click on the Lewis and Clark library link in the upper tool bar.

Click on the link that says MTCIS

Put the following in:

Username:  lcms

Password: scouts

In the upper right hand corner Click on  Create "My Portfolio"

Under new users on the right side Click on Create "My Portfolio" 

 Fill out the form:      Use the following information

                                  Use your firstname.lastname for your username      

                                  Use your student id number for your password

Submit

Continue

Click on IDEAS Assessment on the left hand side

Read the directions

Click on Rate the Activities and complete the Assessment.

Click on Get Results

Choose grades 7,8,9 and click on submit

You will get a white and blue chart with pictures and numbers at the bottom of the page.

Scroll down to the pictures and numbers and click on the picture that has the largest number.

             IF your highest is a tie print both.

In the upper right corner is a picture of a printer click on it and  print the page.   

Retrieve the page and turn it into your teacher.
