Click on the Act tab

Click on Take the Pledge to Graduate

Fill out the following information:

     Name: first and last name

     My School: in drop box choose: Lewis and Clark Middle School

     Grad Year: 2017

     Email:

     One reason I think it is important for me to graduate is:

     My Signature: Type your first and last name

     My Witness: Type your teachers name
